Our daily cruise starts from Nydri, Lefkada at 10:00 am. During your boarding you can choose the sun or the shading of the seats provided by our boat.
Accompanied by the cool breeze of the Ionian Sea and with the background of the Princes’ Islands, where we head to the famous and enchanting Meganisi, where every year international names visit, quietly enjoying their holidays.
We continue our course with a possible view of the dolphins that accompany us several times, distinguishing in front of us the islands of Ithaca – Cephalonia – Atokos and Arkoudi. Overlooking the enchanting landscapes of the route we reach the Papanikoli cave, which is based on a true story, as you will be informed by the guide of our boat, acquiring its name from the legendary submarine “Papanikolis”, commanded by Miltiadis Iatridis where it was the refuge but also the starting point in its action during the Second World War. There you will enjoy your morning swim in the cave, distinguishing its stalactites and the bright beautiful sandy beach inside.
Continuing our cruise, we head to a beautiful picturesque village of Meganisi, Spartochori, with an stay of one hour. There you will have the time to enjoy your second swim on its beautiful beach, enjoying refreshing cocktails in its beach shops or of your choice to visit the beautiful village in the shade of tall trees, to be photographed in its magnificent view or to take a walk in the its narrow streets taking a taste of the quiet life of the inhabitants.
After our trip we head to a paradise beach of Lefkada the famous LAKKA, which is not accessible by land, where facing it, you will be surprised by its natural beauty and the turquoise waters that surround it. There our boat will stay for 1.5 hours where in addition to your cool lunch swimming and for those who wish to discover the marine world, a rich, quality, Greek, traditional and fresh individual meal awaits you on the boat, accompanied by Plenty of Lefkada wine, ouzo and cool drinks throughout the stay and only on Lakka beach which are included in the ticket price.
The visitors of Papanikolis should know that our food is very fresh every day, it is not stored inside the boat since the morning, nor do we store it in maintenance to cook it on the beach or on the boat, because it is forbidden by the Ministry of Shipping , the health authority as well as the port authority. The reason is that it is forbidden to bake on the boat or on the beach due to the risk of fire and destruction of natural beauty. Having tasted the delicacies of Greek culture, we depart for the earthly paradise of the world’s greatest tycoon Aristotle Onassis, Scorpio. We will stay there for an hour enjoying our last stop for swimming, accompanied by seasonal fruit on the world famous beach of Jackie Kennedy Onassis in front of the old tavern where the Greek Croesus enjoyed his wonderful delicacies with genuine oil from his original oil and local wine from his vineyards, looking at the blue of the Ionian and relaxing in his thoughts.
Departing “Papanikolis” will make you tour the island looking and listening to our guide interesting information about the Onassis dynasty from then until today.
Continuing the course of our program we will meet the other private islands of Sparta Onassis – Scorpio of Lebanon and the beautiful Madouri of the poet Valaoritis, who was the connecting link in the union of the Ionian Islands.
